Personal: In various forms and online ordering within the website, CCF requests personal information for our use which may include your name, e-mail address, home address, zip code, contact phone numbers , and if you have a student(s) at Carver Center, your child's name, Prime, and grade. Also, we have a "comments" section, which allows for additional information. From time to time, we may provide a feedback form as we wish to measure how we're meeting our community's needs. We offer the ability to make a tax deductible donation, place ads in our adbook, sponsor events, and buy online items and event tickets. We provide a Paypal option, which is equipped with its own network security. You may receive our e-newsletter, which you have the option of opting out of. Your personal information, including email address, will not be provided to outside agencies or companies.Website Usage Data: To ensure website viability and success, we will collect standard website aggregate data to understand our site's traffic pattern. Individual information would not be reported on with this analysis.
Records:
CCF retains records of tickets sold for our events and donations made to CCF.
